AQUA aerobicsCome and get fit with less stress on your joints! Angie will give cues for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels so you can work up to your own level. Cardio portion of Aqua Aerobics includes marching, jogging, punching, jumping jacks, rocking horse, hamstring curls, etc. After cardio we will move into leg and arm work using water weights and noodles.
