Boot Camp
Ready to sweat and work hard? This class is geared toward any fitness level from beginner all the way to advanced. Class partisipatation is the name of the game. We’ll start with a warm up for 5-10 min. then we will be "mixing it up" with all types of drills. Some drills will include jogging, sprinting, high knees, push ups, bicep curls, lateral raises, squats, etc. along with some fun outdoor work as well. Different drills every week and we will even work on "YOUR" favorite exercises. Please bring to class a mat or towel, hand weights and water. No class Nov 22. Instructor: Angie Ficaro |
