Ready to sweat Cardio Class - A combination of Basic Aerobics, Kickboxing and toning. This class is geared toward any fitness level from beginner all the way to advanced. I am the type of fitness professional that enjoys a workout with a lot of cardio, but not a lot of fancy moves. This class would start with a warm up & move into approx. 35 minutes of cardio to include marching, jumping, jogging, kicks, knees, twists, punches & more, focusing on the whole body. The class would end with a cool down, leg work & core. Please bring to class a mat or towel and hand weights and water. No class Nov 22. Instructor: Angie Ficaro
