Yoga Fit/Mind/Body - Flow Yoga
Flow Yoga links poses together using the breath. Poses flow from one to the other increasing cardiovascular fitness, strength, flexibility and mental focus. This class is a great addition for those who participate in sports, cardio program or would like to experience a more challenging yoga practice. Basic knowledge of yoga poses is recommended.
