Adding light weights and bands to yoga and pilates poses increases strength and toning benefits of traditional poses. The addition of weights amps up the workout and speeds up results. Work on core strength, flexibility and balance. Release stress and feel energized. Students need to bring a set of weights; 1#, 2# or 3#. Bring a towel and water-you will sweat!
