Haven’t been working out? The Gentle Yoga course is for adults of all ages who want to get back in touch with their bodies. This course teaches basic yoga movements and breathing techniques. You will be challenging yourself and working at your own pace to develop flexibility and strength. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one.
