Refund Policy - Any class which does not have the required minimum number of enrollments is subject to cancellation. Individuals registered for a class which is cancelled will receive a full refund. Every attempt will be made to reschedule classes cancelled due to weather, instructor illness, etc. However, when circumstances prohibit rescheduling, classes will not be made up and no partial refunds will be given. In the event that day school classes are cancelled, all Community Education day and evening classes will also be cancelled. Local radio stations (WHMI 93.5FM) will broadcast such closings or call Pinckney Community Education at (810) 225-3950 or watch Cable Channel 97.
Open to residents and non-residents. Payment must be made in full at registration. Registration is first-come, first-served. Classes begin the week of January 9th, unless otherwise indicated. Unless you are contacted, you should report to class the first session. All enrichment courses will meet in the building and room designated on the course description.
Weather/Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made prior to the first class may receive a full refund, less an $8.00 service fee. Cancellations made after the first class prior to the second class, will receive a full refund less an $8.00 service fee (on classes 3 days or less the refund will be prorated). No refunds will be given after the scheduled date of the second class. If a class is filled or cancelled, a full refund will be given. Refunds will take 3 to 4 weeks to process. A fee of $25 will be assessed for returned checks.
